Free Program (Provided by Heartline Foundation)

At Heartline Foundation, we believe every family deserves access to health education that matters.
Our Heartline Health Education Program is available online for free to all families. This self-guided resource helps parents and children:

This free program is funded by donations and community support so that every family can benefit, regardless of income.

• Learn how stress affects the body and mind

• Practice simple breathing and relaxation techniques

• Develop healthy emotional habits

• Strengthen resilience and well-being

(Paid classes offered directly by Janelle Sullivan, course creator).💲 Tuition: $100 per course (4 weeks, 1 hour per week)

For families who would like a deeper dive, Janelle Sullivan offers live 4-week online courses tailored by age group. Each class meets weekly for 1 hour, includes interactive lessons, and empowers participants to bring Heartline Health Education into daily life.

Fall Session (October 20 – November 10, 2025)

• Ages 4–8 → Mondays, 9:30–10:30 AM EST

• Ages 9–13 → Mondays, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM EST

• Ages 14–18 → Mondays, 1:00–2:00 PM EST

• Adults → Mondays, 8:00–9:00 PM EST

• The free Heartline Health Education Program is offered through Heartline Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

• The paid Homeschool Courses are offered privately by Janelle Sullivan and are not tax-deductible.
