Qualify for Mild Hyperbaric Therapy at Heartline Foundation

To ensure safety and fairness, families must meet the following requirements to qualify for the mHBOT lending program:

✅ Requirements

• A prescription from a nurse practitioner, chiropractor, acupuncturist, or medical physician is required.

• If the intended recipient must be accompanied by an adult who also has their own prescription. This responsibility may be shared between multiple adults with valid prescriptions.

• The child must have a diagnosis such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or another developmental delay to qualify.

We understand that HBOT is not a cure, but it can enhance the body’s natural healing process. Our vision is to support families doing everything they can for recovery, and to help create powerful stories of hope and holistic healing for this generation.

📋 Application Process

Only 6 families per year will be selected to receive use of the mHBOT unit. Preference may be given to families who:

• Are working with a CEASE practitioner

• Have two children with qualifying diagnoses

• Are managing seizures as part of their child’s condition
